Our story
ChiroMike was built inside a working chiropractic office, not a boardroom. It started as a way to stop juggling separate tools for claims, notes, scheduling and payments — and grew into a single workspace that follows the real order of a patient visit, from intake to payment posting.
Mission
To give chiropractic practices software that removes administrative friction, so clinicians spend their time with patients instead of paperwork.
Vision
A practice where documentation, billing and scheduling stay accurate by default — every charge tied to its date of service, every note tied to its provider, and nothing lost between systems.
Why it exists
Most practice software is either too heavy for a small clinic or too thin to handle insurance work. ChiroMike targets the middle: full CMS-1500 and EDI 837P claim handling, clinical documentation, and fast payment posting, without an enterprise implementation project.
